Definitions
“ArifeOnline,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”: Refers to ArifeOnline.com, the owner and operator of the affiliate program.
“Affiliate,” “You,” “Your”: Refers to the individual or entity applying to or participating in the ArifeOnline Affiliate Program.
“Affiliate Program”: The program offered by ArifeOnline for promoting ArifeOnline products and earning commissions exclusively via unique Affiliate Coupon Codes.
“Affiliate Coupon Code”: A unique discount code provided to you by ArifeOnline, which serves as the sole tracking mechanism for earning commissions.
“Affiliate Dashboard”: The online platform (UpPromote) where affiliates can track their performance, access promotional materials, and view earnings based on Affiliate Coupon Code usage.
“Customer”: A person who purchases products from ArifeOnline using an Affiliate Coupon Code.
“Products”: All baking tools, ingredients, cake decorating supplies, and packaging available for sale on ArifeOnline.com.
“Commission”: The percentage of the Net Sale Amount earned by the Affiliate.
“Net Sale Amount”: The total amount paid by the Customer for Products, after the application of the Affiliate Coupon Code, and excluding shipping costs, taxes (including GST), other discounts, returns, and refunds.
Affiliate Responsibilities
Promotion: You will promote ArifeOnline products and your unique Affiliate Coupon Code in an ethical and legal manner.
Disclosure: You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with ArifeOnline and the nature of your Affiliate Coupon Code (e.g., “Use my code [YOURCODE] for X% off!”) in all promotional content where the code is mentioned, as required by law (e.g., FTC guidelines).
Content Accuracy: All information you provide about ArifeOnline products must be accurate and up-to-date.
Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Permitted & Prohibited Promotional Methods
Permitted Methods (Examples):
Utilizing promotional materials provided in your Affiliate Dashboard (which may feature your code).
Sharing your unique Affiliate Coupon Code on your blog, website, or social media channels (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
Including your code in email newsletters (ensure recipients have opted-in).
Creating original content (reviews, tutorials, recipe videos) featuring ArifeOnline products and inviting customers to use your code.
Prohibited Methods (Examples):
Altering Codes: Modifying or attempting to modify your assigned Affiliate Coupon Code.
PPC/SEM Bidding: Bidding on ArifeOnline’s brand name, misspellings, or variations thereof in search engines (e.g., Google Ads) to promote your coupon code.
Coupon Code Misuse/Hijacking: Promoting your code on unauthorized coupon sites, especially those that automatically scrape codes or create an expectation of a discount when one is not active or intended for general public use.
Spam: Sending unsolicited emails or using other spamming tactics to distribute your code.
Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraudulent or manipulative activity to generate commissions.
Offensive Content: Promoting ArifeOnline or your code on websites or platforms that contain illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
Self-Use of Code: Earning commission on your own purchases by using your own Affiliate Coupon Code.
Misleading Claims: Making false claims about the discount offered by the coupon code or the products.
Commission Structure & Payouts
Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a 5% flat commission on the Net Sale Amount of qualifying purchases made using their unique Affiliate Coupon Code.
Net Sale Amount Definition: The 5% commission is calculated on the product subtotal after the application of the Affiliate Coupon Code, and excludes shipping fees and GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Tracking Mechanism: Commissions are exclusively tracked by the successful application of your unique Affiliate Coupon Code at checkout. No other tracking mechanisms (e.g., cookies, direct links) are used for commission attribution.
Payment Frequency: Commissions will be paid monthly, every 30 days, for approved commissions earned in the previous period.
Minimum Payout: A minimum earning threshold of [Specify your minimum payout, e.g., ₹500 or $X] must be met for a payout to be issued. Unpaid commissions will roll over to the next month.
Payment Method: Payments will be made via [Specify your payment method, e.g., bank transfer, PayPal]. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details in the UpPromote dashboard are accurate.
Commission Reversals: Commissions will be reversed for cancelled orders, returned products, chargebacks, fraudulent uses of coupon codes, or other non-qualifying sales. We reserve the right to deduct reversed commissions from future payouts.
Affiliate Coupon Code & Tracking
Unique Codes: You will be provided with one or more unique Affiliate Coupon Codes via your UpPromote dashboard.
Tracking Accuracy: ArifeOnline is not responsible for any tracking errors that result from improper communication or use of the Affiliate Coupon Code, or technical issues outside of our direct control.
Content Usage & Rewards
Video Content Usage Rights: By participating in the ArifeOnline Affiliate Program and submitting or featuring ArifeOnline products in original video content (e.g., reviews, tutorials, unboxing videos), you grant ArifeOnline a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such video content (or any portion thereof) in any media (including, but not limited to, our website, social media channels, advertisements, and promotional materials) for marketing and promotional purposes.
Video Content Reward: For each distinct video created by an Affiliate and subsequently selected and used by ArifeOnline on any of our official social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok), the Affiliate will receive an additional reward of ₹500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only). This reward is subject to our sole discretion regarding selection and usage.
Reward Payout: The ₹500/- reward for video content usage will be added to your total commission earnings and paid out during the next scheduled monthly payout cycle, provided your total earnings meet the minimum payout threshold.
Attribution: Where feasible and practical, ArifeOnline will provide attribution to the Affiliate (e.g., tagging your social media handle) when using your video content. However, the absence of attribution does not negate our right to use the content as per these terms.
Term & Termination
Term: This Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate application and will continue until terminated by either party.
Termination by Affiliate: You may terminate your affiliate account at any time by notifying us.
Termination by ArifeOnline: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program and this Agreement for any reason, at any time, with or without notice, particularly if you violate any terms of this Agreement.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease, and you must remove all Affiliate Coupon Codes and ArifeOnline branding from your platforms. All accrued, unpaid commissions will be forfeited if termination is due to a breach of these terms.
Relationship of Parties
You and ArifeOnline are independent contractors. This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, or agency relationship between us.
You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.
Limitation of Liability
ArifeOnline will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.
Our total liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the total commission paid or payable to you under this Agreement in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArifeOnline and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation in the program or any breach of this Agreement.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time by posting a new agreement on this page or by notifying you via email.
Your continued participation in the program after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
